Terms & Service Guarantee

These terms apply to cleaning and mobile car-detailing work carried out by Bordoh Cleaning across the Perth metropolitan area. They sit alongside, and do not limit, your rights under the law.

Your consumer guarantees: Our services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Anything we offer below is in addition to — and never instead of — those statutory consumer guarantees.

Quotes and pricing

Where the work can be scoped up front we provide a quote before starting. For larger jobs such as end-of-lease or after-build cleans, we confirm the scope and the cost before we begin. All prices are in Australian dollars and include GST; you receive a GST tax invoice.

Our re-clean guarantee

We stand behind our work. If you're not happy with an area we cleaned, let us know within a reasonable time and we'll return and put it right at no extra charge. This guarantee covers the specific work we performed; it does not cover new mess, fresh spills or wear that occurs after we leave.

Bond / end-of-lease cleans

For end-of-lease cleans we aim to leave the property agent-ready against the agreed checklist. If your agent or landlord flags an item that falls within the scope we cleaned, contact us promptly and we'll re-attend that item at no extra labour cost. Re-attendance covers the agreed scope only and does not extend to repairs, pest control, garden work, or damage that pre-dates our clean.

Payment

Payment is due on completion unless we've agreed otherwise in writing. We accept the payment methods shown at the time of service. A GST tax invoice is provided for every job.

Bookings, access and cancellations

Please make sure the property or vehicle is accessible at the booked time and location, with power and water available where needed. If you need to change or cancel, let us know as early as you can so we can offer the slot to another customer.

Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law. Subject to that, our liability is limited to re-supplying the relevant service or the reasonable cost of having it re-supplied.
